Invitation to Apply: Global Fraud Summit 2026 – Vienna, Austria

Location: Vienna International Center
16-17 Mar 2026 (GMT+1)

Dear stakeholders,

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and INTERPOL are pleased to announce an open call for participation in the Global Fraud Summit, taking place at the Vienna International Centre, Austria, from 16–17 March 2026. The call is open to private sector entities, civil society, and academia to apply for participation in the Global Fraud Summit. It will close on 12 December 2025

Fraud is among one of the most pervasive and rapidly evolving threats to global security, economic stability, and public trust. As a significant transnational threat, fraudsters operate across borders, exploiting digital platforms, financial systems, and jurisdictional gaps – making isolated national efforts insufficient. A strong coordinated international response is urgently needed to build collective resilience, disrupt and dismantle organized criminal groups involved in fraud and strengthen international cooperation. This ministerial-level summit will bring together governments, law enforcement, private sector, civil society, and academia to address the growing threat of fraud, which is increasingly transnational and rapidly evolving.

Opportunities for participants:

  • Participate in high-level discussions
  • Host or attend side events and exhibitions
  • Network with global decision-makers and experts

Who should apply:

  • Private sector leaders
  • Civil society representatives
  • Academic and research experts

Selection criteria:

  • Senior-level representation (C-suite, Vice-President, lead researcher, or community leader)
  • Demonstrated expertise and achievements in preventing or combating fraud
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and global representation

Application deadline: 12 December 2025

Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee participation, and participants are responsible for travel, visa, and insurance arrangements.
