Comparing Global Arms Control Instrument Review Processes: Lessons and Challenges

The Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice and CROSS (Osservatorio sulla criminalità organizzata) organize a side event on "Comparing Global Arms Control Instrument Review Processes: Lessons and Challenges" on the occasion of the Seventh Biennial Meeting of States of the Programme of Action on Small Arms and Light Weapons (https://meetings.unoda.org/meeting/poa-bms7-2021/). The objective of the side event is to take stock of the review processes of the main global small arms control instruments, focussing on the connections between the implementation and monitoring processes of these instruments and how they might better support each other.
