General Assembly of the Alliance

Dear Members of the Alliance,

The Annual General Assembly meeting will take place on Friday 5 June 2026 at 11:00 Vienna time. While elections will be entirely held remotely (via Electionrunner), the GA will take place in hybrid format. Members in good standing, those who have paid their membership fees at the latest until 24 hours before the start of the election, and who will be in Vienna can attend the meeting at the Vienna International Center (CR-6). Relevant links and instructions for accessing and voting will be sent to members in good standing in due course. All other members will be able to participate via streaming.

As a reminder, art. 9.1 of the Statutes establishes that "The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Association, composed of all members of good standing, present and voting, the non-voting members being present as observers.". Voting members are Ordinary Members as per art 4.2.1 of the Statutes. Their list is published and constantly updated on the Alliance website at https://www.crimealliance.org/members/ .

Please see the draft agenda attached. The Annual General Assembly includes elections for the Board, which will be coordinated by the Elections Committee. The Programme Coordinator will support the Elections Committee in providing instructions to Ordinary Members in good standing how to access the voting platform. Attached is also the list of nominees received from the Nominations Committee.

Further documentation for discussion at the General Assembly will be shared one week before the GA at the latest.

The General Assembly is an important moment for the membership to come together and share experiences and views as we seek to build on our engagement and successes.  I am therefore hoping that as many of you attend as possible, and I look forward to seeing you at the GA, best regards
