On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the United Nations Studies Association (UNSA) Vienna organized an expert meeting on the topic of women’s roles in organised criminal activities and human trafficking networks. The event was co-sponsored by Mexico, Canada, UNODC, the NGO Committee on the Status of Women, the Sigmund Freud University and the Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.
